WELCOME to our pleasant health center - a small health center with high expertise, dedicated and friendly staff. Do you want to be part of our home care service? We are looking for you who are ready for new challenges. We are a reasonably sized health center where everyone works closely together. We are now looking for a nurse with a genuine interest in working in home care. Our home care service consists of three nurses, two district nurses, and three nursing assistants, distributed across three care teams. You will work in close collaboration with all staff categories at the health center as well as the operations manager and unit manager. We are a well-functioning health center with 7 specialist physicians in general medicine, 4 ST physicians, Diabetes Nurse, Hypertension Nurses, Asthma-COPD Nurse, home care, and a psychosocial team with 2 psychologists. We have our own lab. All members of the management team are clinically active. We place great emphasis on work environment and staff relations and continuously work to create the very best workplace together. Work duties: Nurse in Home Care. Type of employment: Permanent position, 100%, work hours Monday to Friday. Start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applied.
