Description
We offer fast and professional medical assessments to patients with private health insurance. In addition to medical assessments, we also work with health examinations and vaccinations. Our patients are guaranteed an appointment with a doctor within two days, but in most cases receive an appointment the same day.
At the clinic, approximately 20 doctors in various specialties work together with eight reception nurses, a medical secretary, and a receptionist. Together, we create a safe and well-functioning everyday environment for both patients and staff.
One of our nurses is moving on to a new assignment. Now we're looking for someone who is confident, engaged, and wants to become a valued part of our team that together creates a warm, professional, and pleasant clinic.
Responsibilities
As a reception nurse, you'll have a varied and meaningful role where you work with standard clinic duties, phone advice, vaccinations, and planning, scheduling, and conducting health checks. You'll also work closely with insurance companies and handle referrals in a structured manner.
This role is perfect for you if you're confident in your nursing role, enjoy meeting people, and want to ensure every patient feels well cared for. Here you'll use both your experience, your attention to detail, and your ability to build trust in an environment where we support each other in our daily work.
The clinic uses the Webdoc medical records system and the Kuralink booking system for both contact with insurance companies and bookings from them.
Qualifications
We're looking for you who:
are a licensed nurse with at least five years of experience
are confident in your nursing role and
enjoy both independent work and teamwork
have a professional and service-oriented approach
are organized, responsible, and solution-oriented
Experience with Boka Doktorn, care planning, and working with insurance patients is a merit. It's also a merit if you have good IT and computer skills as well as experience with the Webdoc medical records system and the Kuralink booking system.
