Work experience in a managerial position in finance or accounting, with experience in digital transformation preferred; at least five years of professional experience in accounting, financial management or financial process management; experience in a managerial position involving team leadership, work organization, employee development, task assignment and monitoring of their execution; advanced knowledge of accounting principles, particularly long-term investments, inventory, fixed assets and other material assets accounting; preferred experience in state administration - in project management, finance or accounting; skills working with the resource management system Horizon; ability to make decisions and take responsibility; focus on development and achievement of results; compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law.
