Position Offered Information Technology Department Standardization and IT Solutions Division IT and Business Process Integration Analyst (permanent employment position) If you are interested in working at the intersection of business processes, data, and IT solutions and are skilled at translating business needs into structured, practically implementable solutions, join our team! In this position, you will analyze and improve processes, develop a project planning and management environment, and help connect processes, data, and technologies into a unified, efficiently managed system. Your main responsibilities: develop and improve the organization's project planning and management system, its methodology, and standards (in the Redmine environment); analyze business processes and prepare proposals for their efficiency improvement and digitalization; define and structure projects, subprojects, their classification, and mutual relationships; develop and maintain reporting and data analysis solutions for project monitoring and supporting management decisions; configure and improve project management system functionality according to user and organizational needs; organ­ize system change assessment, prioritization, and implementation; ensure data integration and data flow management; plan and perform system testing and quality checks; prepare and maintain system and process documentation, provide support and train users; use SQL and Python for data processing, analysis, and IT solution development tasks. Our Requirements: academic or at least first-level professional higher education corresponding to the field; at least 3 years of practical experience in business process analysis, project planning or management system administration and maintenance, IT solution development; understanding of information system architecture and integration principles; experience working with project management systems, their maintenance and configuration; ability to analyze and structurally model processes, seeing the big picture, interrelationships, and improvement opportunities; skill to write and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts of varying complexity for data processing, analysis, and IT solution development support; English language knowledge at least at B level (spoken and written) for working with international methodology and documentation; excellent collaboration, communication, and argumentation skills, ability to independently plan and organize your work.
