Fire Safety and Civil Protection College (Registration No. 90000048203) announces an open competition for the following academic position: lecturer position (full-time) officer with special service rank - position position code 2310 03 Department of Fire Safety and Civil Protection Main duties of the position: develop, update and implement college short-cycle professional higher education study programs, professional further education program modules and professional development education program modules and subjects (hereinafter – education programs), non-formal education programs; organize and conduct knowledge assessments (tests, exams) in study courses, modules and subjects; develop, improve teaching and methodological materials, visual aids; conduct theoretical and practical classes; develop qualification work topics, guide and conduct applied research; participate in scientific conferences at national and international level, conduct and publish scientific publications; represent the institution in international institutions in activities related to professional education; improve pedagogical skills and professional expertise, update knowledge by participating in professional development courses, seminars, projects; motivate and support students in their professional and personal development; perform duties related to ensuring the study/educational process at the college, including preparing and submitting the educator's workload performed per month, ensuring placement and maintenance of educational materials in the college e-learning environment. maintain appropriate physical fitness for the performance of service duties. perform other duties related to the educator's workload. Courses and modules to be taught: In the short-cycle professional higher education study program "Fire Safety and Fire Suppression" the study course "First Aid". In the professional further education program "Fire Safety and Fire Suppression", acquired qualification – firefighter and rescue service rescuer, modules: "First Aid", "Public and Human Safety", subject - health education. In the professional further education program "Fire Safety and Fire Suppression", acquired qualification – dispatcher (in the field of internal affairs), module "Public and Human Safety", subject - health education. In the professional development education program "Basic knowledge program for divers performing rescue operations", module "Diver medicine and assistance to victims"; In the professional development education program "Occupational Safety basic knowledge education program", module "First Aid in workplace accidents"; topic of the module "Workplace risk factors" - impact of workplace risk factors on employee health. Requirements for position candidates: at least first-cycle (bachelor's level) higher professional education (law, civil and military defense, teacher education and educational sciences, social and human sciences, humanities, business and administration, computer science, social welfare); state language proficiency at C1 level; English language proficiency at communication level; ability to work with office software (Microsoft Office); ability to work with first aid training mannequins and equipment; "B" category driver's license; right to independently conduct first aid training in extended first aid training 40-hour course; in accordance with the requirements of Article 50, paragraph 1, point 1 of the Education Law, a person sentenced for intentional criminal offense (regardless of conviction expungement or removal) may not work as an educator, except in cases where after conviction expungement or removal the State Education Quality Service has assessed that it does not harm the interests of learners and permitted this person to work as an educator. Monthly salary for full-time position from €2374 to €2524 before tax payment. Candidates must meet the requirements of Articles 4 and 7 of the Service Career Law of officials with special service ranks of the Ministry of Interior system institutions and Prison Administration.
