Security Coordinator with Strategic Focus on Physical Security
Ref: 20261953 Job Responsibilities In a changing world, society's ability to prevent, manage and recover from undesirable events and complex challenges is increasingly important. The deteriorated security situation and experiences from previous crises have highlighted the need to strengthen municipalities' work on security and preparedness. Malmö City therefore works together to build a resilient Malmö where everyday life functions, even when the unexpected occurs. The Employment and Social Services Administration, Sweden's largest social services organization, is now seeking a strategic security coordinator with a focus on physical security. In this role, you will have a central function in developing, coordinating and strengthening the administration's work with physical security and protection of society-critical operations. The administration conducts activities with broad scope and complexity, including social services offices, protected residential facilities, social activities and services for individuals facing serious threats. The administration operates in over 200 premises, and many activities have assignments that place high demands on security and safety. Well-functioning security work is therefore crucial for creating a safe working environment for our employees and a secure environment for those we serve. The focus is on developing systematic and long-term security work and promoting a culture where security perspectives and strategic risk management are a natural part of operations' daily work. You will be part of the administration's newly established unit for security and preparedness and become part of an engaged team consisting of, among others, security coordinators for personal security, an information security coordinator and a preparedness coordinator. Together you will drive development, ensure compliance with legislation and represent the administration within your respective areas. The role also involves close collaboration with other staff functions, administration management and operations managers to ensure a holistic perspective on security and preparedness issues. You will also participate in city-wide networks and collaboration forums together with other security coordinators within Malmö City. As security coordinator, you are responsible for mapping, developing, coordinating and following up on the administration-wide work within the field. An important part of the assignment is to develop processes, methodological support and working methods that strengthen long-term and systematic security work. You are responsible for developing, revising and implementing governing documents, guidelines and procedures that help prevent risks, strengthen physical protection and create conditions for a safe and secure working environment. The assignment also includes analysis of incidents, identification of underlying causes and development of measures to reduce vulnerabilities and prevent future events. Although the role is primarily strategic, it includes support in managing major security-related incidents and events. The assignment also includes monitoring developments within the security field, following relevant legislation and authority requirements and implementing these in the administration's work. You serve as a control function when introducing camera surveillance before handover to the camera surveillance board and in applications for security guard orders. You will work closely with the local unit's security coordinator responsible for operational and technical physical security. This function is responsible for implementing the strategic guidelines and procedures developed as part of the assignment. Both functions are newly established and recruitment to the positions will occur in parallel. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a university education corresponding to 180 credits in a relevant subject area or comparable education combined with relevant work experience. You have documented work experience in physical security and experience in developing guidelines, procedures and other governing documents. It is meritorious if you have: worked in a consultative role in a supporting capacity to managers and operations experience with common tasks within staff functions, such as conducting analyses and follow-ups, preparing decision support materials and conducting systematic environmental monitoring experience in planning, conducting and leading workshops, training initiatives or exercises experience working in municipal/public administration. To thrive and succeed in the role, you are a communicative and relationship-building person with good collaboration skills. You are confident in taking leadership when the situation requires it and at the same time have the ability to independently drive your areas of responsibility forward. You work strategically and long-term, but also have a structured working style, good attention to detail and the ability to remain calm even in pressured situations. As a security coordinator at the Employment and Social Services Administration, an interest in and knowledge of societal issues from a broad perspective is required, and the ability to see and understand the whole and context. You have the ability to see wholes and contexts and to translate current needs and challenges into long-term strategies and development initiatives. The role involves representing both Malmö City and the administration in various internal and external contexts. National Key Account Manager
Job Description Do you want to be part of building the next major business area for Arctic Trucks in Sweden? Arctic Trucks is in a strong growth phase and is now seeking a National Key Account Manager who wants to take a central role in developing our Swedish accessories business. This is an opportunity for you if you know the vehicle industry, enjoy doing business, and feel equally comfortable meeting with a dealer as you do negotiating with a major corporation. You'll have national responsibility and the opportunity to build on a business where the foundation is already laid, but where the great potential still lies ahead of us. At Arctic Trucks, you'll become part of an entrepreneurial company with high ambitions, a strong brand, and a clear commitment to taking a leading position in premium accessories and vehicle solutions on the Swedish market. Arctic Trucks currently has two main business segments in Sweden: vehicle modifications and accessories. In this role, you'll have clear commercial responsibility for developing and scaling up the accessories business, with a focus on growth, sales, and profitability. The product range consists of carefully selected products and premium brands from internationally leading manufacturers for cars, pickups, and commercial vehicles. Your task will be to get more dealers, body builders, distributors, and larger end customers to choose Arctic Trucks as their partner. The role is both strategic and operational. You'll develop already established relationships and agreements while identifying new customers and building a strong national network. You'll also be involved in developing how Arctic Trucks works with distribution, dealer networks, and commercial partnerships on the Swedish market. Arctic Trucks has a strong identity, and in this role you'll be an important brand representative. In the role, you will, among other things: • develop sales of Arctic Trucks accessories on the Swedish market • establish and develop relationships with car dealers, dealer groups, body builders, and other partners • work with both central decision-makers and local dealers • build a network of partners who sell, install, and recommend the products • identify new business opportunities within cars, pickups, commercial vehicles, and commercial vehicle solutions • develop collaborations with larger end customers and vehicle fleets • negotiate and develop national agreements and long-term customer relationships • represent Arctic Trucks and the company's brands in the market This is a role with extensive customer contact and travel throughout Sweden. One day might involve a strategic meeting with the management of a major vehicle corporation, and the next day a visit to a local commercial vehicle dealer or body builder. Your Profile We're looking for someone with a clear commercial background from the vehicle industry and a good understanding of how the dealer network works. You may currently work with sales or Key Account Management at a body builder, distributor, supplier, or other player in the automotive aftermarket. Experience from commercial vehicles, pickups, vehicle equipment, body building, or accessories is particularly interesting. An established network among car dealers, body builders, general agents, or other relevant players is a great advantage. At the same time, you should still appreciate the prospecting work and be prepared to create new relationships and business opportunities yourself. To succeed in this role, we believe you: • have documented experience in B2B sales within the vehicle industry or a related field • are experienced in prospecting and long-term relationship building • can handle both larger strategic customers and smaller local players • are self-driven and experienced in managing business from first contact to agreement • inspire confidence and can communicate with decision-makers at different levels • enjoy a role that involves extensive travel • express yourself well in Swedish and English As a person, you're unpretentious, energetic, and decisive. You can roll up your sleeves when needed, but you're also comfortable in a meeting with the management of a major corporation. Arctic Trucks has a down-to-earth culture with high pace, close collaboration, and great freedom under responsibility. You identify with the Arctic Trucks brand and preferably have a genuine interest in vehicles and adventure. In the role, you're expected to understand our concept, speak our language, and represent the brand with credibility. The position is based at Arctic Trucks' operations in Kungälv, so we'd prefer that you live in the Gothenburg region or within a reasonable commuting distance. About the Company Arctic Trucks has its roots in Iceland and a history stretching back more than 35 years. The company is internationally known for developing and modifying vehicles for some of the world's most demanding environments, from professional use to expeditions in extreme climates. In Sweden, Arctic Trucks is in a rapid growth phase. In just over a year, the business has grown to around 15 employees with a manufacturing facility, workshop, warehouse, shop, and office in Kungälv. The ambition is to build a strong position on the Swedish market in both vehicle modifications and premium accessories. Arctic Trucks doesn't compete by being the cheapest, but through quality, functionality, authenticity, and products that the company can stand behind. For the right person, this role means more than a traditional sales job. You'll have the opportunity to come in early, influence how the business is built, and be part of a growth journey with great opportunities ahead. For questions about the position or the recruitment process, you're welcome to contact Clemens Döring at Autorekrytering. Selection and interviews are ongoing. We look forward to your application.
