Verddevuohta – Hospitality We are looking for a Receptionist at Best Western Hotel Arctic Eden As part of the Arctic Eden family, you will work in a delightful and goal-oriented team where we create a unique experience for our guests together. We are a strong, cohesive team that works with purpose and heart. As a night receptionist, you will be part of the operations at the reception and ensure that service meets guests' wishes and Arctic Eden's standards for satisfied guests. You will be responsible for daily facility maintenance in some of our spaces. You will also be responsible for preparing and opening our breakfast service. You report to our Reception Manager. The position is scheduled for night shifts and involves a 7-day rotating schedule. Qualifications As a person, you are driven and positive with a pronounced social ability. You provide personal and professional service to guests and have the ability to quickly build good relationships. It is important that you can take initiative, are solution-oriented, and have the ability to stay calm even in stressful situations. We consider it a given that you enjoy working in a team and are a thoughtful colleague. We are looking for someone who has · Previous experience from the service industry – preferably hotel reception · Good knowledge of Swedish and English. Additional languages are advantageous. Advantages · Knowledge of Hotsoft and/or Trivec · Qualified education in hotel/tourism Other information The position is full-time, permanent, and we are recruiting continuously.
