We are seeking a nursing assistant at Pionjären, a small care and housing facility for the elderly located in Porjus. The position also includes home care services in regular residential settings. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a nursing assistant, your work includes providing our residents with a good quality of life based on their individual needs. The work should be carried out in a person-centered manner, where each resident's needs and wishes are in focus. The duties consist mainly of care and nursing work, but also service tasks such as cleaning and laundry. You need to be able to work both independently and together with colleagues in the work team. The operation uses various digital tools. Therefore, you need to have basic knowledge of digital technology and be accustomed to using a computer in daily work, for example for documentation. Working hours are flexible based on the needs of the operation and your preferences. The facility operates 24/7. QUALIFICATIONS Nursing assistant education and you must be able to present a certificate from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare, as Nursing Assistant is now a protected professional title. We are looking for someone who is a positive, engaged, and responsible person with good empathetic ability. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement, both spoken and written, as documentation is part of the work. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and ability to collaborate. B-class driver's license is required. Employment form: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent.
