RESPONSIBILITIES As a Care Coordinator in Jokkmokk, you will have a central role in supporting and guiding your colleagues in daily work, while ensuring that we meet our goals for quality and care. These positions do not include personnel responsibility, work environment, or financial management. The work consists mainly of standard care and nursing tasks.
