Description of the Unit We are now seeking an HR Administrator for the Support and Coordination unit. The unit is led by a unit manager and is divided into four functions: HR, Finance, Communications, and Legal. The unit's mission is to provide operational support and coordination to both county management and our operations. The HR Administrator is part of the HR function. The function is led by an HR Manager and works closely with the Finance function. Some overlapping tasks between HR and Finance may occur. Your Responsibilities As an HR Administrator, you will support our managers and employees with various salary and employment agreement matters. You will interpret and apply collective agreements, laws, and regulations in this area. You serve as the contact person between the county councils' shared salary service and the agency. Your responsibilities include: Personnel administration, such as drafting agreements, certain recruitment administration, managing leave, individual agreements, and reimbursements. Preparing materials for salary reviews, salary mapping, and other HR-related statistics. Certain administration and scheduling related to crisis and war organization and volunteer organizations. Handling the disclosure of public documents, personnel files, record keeping, and document archiving. Certain ongoing finance tasks, such as income, payments, and supplier and customer invoicing. You will contribute and collaborate with other colleagues in the function to ensure well-functioning routines, processes, and work methods within HR. This means you will work with operations and maintenance in the areas of HVAC, medical gas, central gas system supervision and maintenance, ventilation, controls & regulation, electrical, refrigeration, fire alarm systems, and more.
