About the Operation
The Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Clinic in Västernorrland is a regional clinic with approximately 120 employees. Outpatient services are provided in Örnsköldsvik, Sollefteå, Härnösand, Sundsvall, and Ånge. An inpatient ward is located in Sundsvall. The clinic has a long tradition of using a systemic approach in working with children, adolescents, and their families. We use various treatment methods, both individual and group-based, rooted in systemic, psychodynamic, and cognitive perspectives. The clinic's team includes psychologists, social workers, physicians, nurses, an occupational therapist, and medical secretaries.
We are now seeking two Psychologists or PTP students for the Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Clinic in Sundsvall. We are looking for someone interested in working with children/adolescents and families from a child psychiatric perspective, where the patient's individual needs are central. These are temporary full-time positions for 6 months, with a start date by agreement and potential for extension.
Responsibilities
Working as a psychologist at a child psychiatric clinic is challenging, developmental, and exciting work. High demands are placed on knowledge of patient interaction and problem-solving skills.

As a psychologist at our clinic, you will work with:
Qualified assessment, evaluation, and treatment work both individually and in teams.
Consultations and participation in the clinic's development work, training initiatives, and method development.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a license as a psychologist or is a PTP psychology student eligible to apply for this position
Has strong Swedish language skills, both written and spoken
Has work experience in psychiatry
Has knowledge and experience with child development
