About the Operations
Do you have experience working with on-site support and want to continue developing in that field? Then this is a great opportunity for you! We in IT Support are looking for an IT technician for our first-line support.
IT Support's mission is to deliver high-quality and secure IT services to the region's operations. Deliveries take place through projects, management and support for a complex and vital operation. IT also works extensively as a client organization since the region's IT operations are handled by an external provider.
Within IT, approximately 90 people work together, all with varying backgrounds and experience. We strive for an open work environment where we help each other develop. This means that as an employee, while you share your experience, you gain access to fantastic breadth and expertise in your daily work with your colleagues. As a member of the first-line support team, you will together with your colleagues receive, handle and troubleshoot IT-related cases. Our operations are primarily located in Sundsvall, Härnösand, Örnsköldsvik and Sollefteå.
We are now looking for an IT technician for a full-time temporary position until 2027-09-30. Start date as soon as possible by agreement.
Job Responsibilities
This position suits you if you have experience with user support, have a strong interest in IT and want to do your best to support users. As an IT technician, your responsibilities will include:
Receive, handle and troubleshoot incoming IT-related cases via phone, email and the self-service portal
Troubleshoot incoming cases with users
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
Has completed upper secondary education
Has experience working with technical support and service, or other work experience that the employer deems equivalent
Has previous work experience from larger organizations, such as a municipality or region
Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
Holds a valid B-class driver's license
It is a merit if you:
Have previous experience implementing, troubleshooting and further developing Cisco video conferencing solutions in business-critical environments
