Unlike traditional series production, Cliff Models primarily works with unique assignments. This means you need to be able to assess how a part should best be manufactured, choose an appropriate machining strategy, and independently program based on the specifications you receive. You will work with: CNC programming and planning Planning of machining strategies and method selection Fixture design and adaptation Setup, installation, and operation of machines Production control and monitoring Quality control and follow-up of finished parts Troubleshooting and optimization of manufacturing processes You work with both traditional machine tools, advanced free-form equipment, and 5-axis CNC machines. Since Cliff Models works with many unique and customer-tailored assignments, we believe you'll do best if you're solution-oriented, technically curious, and enjoy finding new ways to solve problems. You work in a structured and careful manner but are flexible when circumstances change. You should also appreciate collaboration.
