Location: Göteborg Start: Immediate Assignment length: 6-month fixed-term employment with possibility of extension Scope: Full-time, day shift Other information: Work is performed on-site at Saab in Göteborg About the job You will become part of the hybrid manufacturing line within Saab Surveillance, where the operation is in an exciting growth phase with production development, new technical challenges, and increased demand. As an assembler, you work in a dedicated and collaborative team where you have an important role in producing advanced hybrid products. The work demands high precision, concentration, and quality as nearly all tasks are performed in a class 8 cleanroom. Examples of work tasks: Fine soldering and precision soldering of components on carriers Assembly of small components under microscope Electrical and mechanical assembly of advanced products Work according to instructions and quality requirements in cleanroom environment Inspection and quality assurance of completed work Collaboration with colleagues to ensure efficient production About you We are looking for someone with experience in electronics production who enjoys working with small details where precision and quality are critical. You have a strong technical interest and are motivated to develop yourself in a high-tech production environment. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Experience in electronics production Experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly 1-3 years of experience in the relevant field on a full-time basis Good motor skills and fine hand control Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Meriting factors: Experience with fine soldering or precision soldering Experience working under a microscope Experience working in a cleanroom environment Experience from manufacturing industry or high-tech production As a person, you are structured, responsible, and quality-conscious.
