About the Position:
Would you like to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment where you can use your language skills daily? We are now looking for a service-oriented and committed customer service representative who speaks fluent Norwegian in speech and writing!
As a customer service representative, you will be the company's face to Norwegian customers. You will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and assist customers with questions, orders, complaints, and technical support depending on business needs.
Location: Central Gothenburg
Scope: Full-time
Start: October or November
Working Hours: Scheduled Monday–Friday with hours varying between 08:00–20:00. Weekend work may occur.
Who Are You?
You are someone who thrives in a service-oriented role and is motivated by helping others. You have a solution-oriented work approach and are skilled at communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. You speak Norwegian fluently and feel comfortable using Swedish and/or English in your work. If you have previous customer service experience, that is a merit, but most important is your attitude, your commitment, and your willingness to develop. You work equally well independently and together with others and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team.
