You will have overall responsibility for developing the region by creating new business, leading projects, and building long-term customer relationships. The role encompasses both strategic and operational work where you are expected to be a driving force in the region's continued growth. You will take over parts of an existing project portfolio while being responsible for creating new business and developing the operations further. An important part of the assignment is to gradually build up the organization by recruiting and leading project managers as the business grows. Your main areas of responsibility: Overall responsibility for Nordbo's operations in Region West Business development and sales Market cultivation and networking Customer responsibility toward housing cooperatives, property owners, and other clients Bid and quote work Negotiation and establishment of framework agreements Project management of own assignments Responsibility for the region's project portfolio Budget and profit responsibility Recruitment and development of future project managers Personnel responsibility as the organization grows The position is based in Region West, and we therefore prefer that you are based in the Trestadsområdet, Gothenburg area or in Skaraborg. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with strong business acumen who is motivated by building operations, creating business, and developing long-term customer relationships. You likely have experience from the construction, real estate, or consulting industry and are used to working close to customers, driving projects, and identifying new business opportunities. Perhaps you currently work as a project manager, project leader, business developer, real estate developer, or consulting manager.
