We at Uniflex are now looking for a Business Manager for our Gothenburg office. For us, your attitude and willingness to develop are more important than a long CV. Perhaps you've worked in sales or service before – or you simply feel ready to take the next step.
About the Role
As a Business Manager, you'll be responsible for both new customer acquisition and existing client management, with a focus on growing the business and creating added value. You'll constantly seek new business opportunities and actively participate in various networks. The role involves significant focus on prospecting and developing new customers, while we also place great emphasis on maintaining and nurturing our existing customer relationships to always be the customer's first choice.
Beyond sales, you'll also be responsible for placing the right consultant in the right position, as well as following up and supporting them in their daily work with clients.

Who Are You?

You don't need to have worked in staffing or recruitment before. Experience in sales, service, or other customer-facing work is a plus, but your drive, personality, and willingness to learn are most important to us.
