We are now seeking production staff for our client just outside Göteborg. The company works with heat treatment and you will be offered a role in an operation where quality, collaboration, and delivery reliability are in focus. You will be employed by Uniflex and hired out as a consultant to the client. About the position As a production staff member, you will work in daily production and handle material flows related to the heat treatment process. The work requires accuracy, responsibility, safety awareness, and good teamwork skills. If you have previous experience with heat treatment and/or knowledge of gas safety, this is highly desirable. You will start working with material handling and production preparations to learn about materials and heat treatment before transitioning to become part of the production team. Working hours are initially scheduled for daytime, 07:00-15:30, but shift work may become relevant in the future. Start immediately or by agreement. Selection is ongoing and the position may be filled before the advertised period has ended.
