Location: Gothenburg Start: Future need Assignment length: Fixed-term employment for 6 months with possibility of extension Working hours: Daytime, with opportunity for flexible hours About the job as a quality inspector As a quality inspector, you work with quality control of everything from wiring and circuit boards to complete subsystems and finished products. You ensure that products meet drawing requirements and standards, and when something doesn't match, you identify the cause and document the deviation. You begin with a thorough introduction to learn about the products and processes, and then progress to more advanced assignments. You become part of a competent team with various specialist skills where collaboration and quality are in focus. Your responsibilities: Examine and verify that finished products meet drawings, specifications, and applicable quality standards Identify, handle, and document any deviations in production Assist in troubleshooting and actively contribute to improvement work Responsible for documentation of serial numbers and other relevant quality information Who we are looking for We are looking for someone with previous experience from the manufacturing industry and who has a keen eye for detail. You have good technical understanding and enjoy working practically in an environment where quality is in focus. You are organized, take responsibility for your work, and find it easy to collaborate while being independent when needed. Requirements for the position: Technical education or equivalent experience Experience in mechanics, wiring, or electronics production Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation Analytical skills and accuracy in quality work Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Familiarity with the Office suite Meritorious: Certification in soldering or IPC standards Previous experience from manufacturing environments Experience with deviation management and problem-solving Experience working in business systems, preferably IFS Information about background check In accordance with our customers' requirements, a background check against the criminal and disqualification register is conducted in this recruitment as part of the employment process.
