The Psychiatric Department offers specialist psychiatric care for adults in Jämtland County and includes both outpatient and inpatient psychiatric services. Within the psychiatric clinic at Östersund Hospital, several specialist psychiatric services are consolidated, providing excellent conditions for close collaboration between units and professions. The Eating Disorders Unit offers specialist psychiatric care for adults with eating disorders, often in combination with other psychiatric conditions. We work multiprofessionally with assessment, treatment, and follow-up. Treatment is based on evidence-based practice and uses CBT-E as the common treatment framework within the team, supplemented with interventions tailored to the patient's needs. Unit Manager for Language Center
Sámi Parliament is an elected Sámi parliament and a government agency since 1993. Sámi Parliament's mission is to promote and develop a living Sámi culture, participate in society planning, and ensure that Sámi needs are taken into account. Duties As Unit Manager, you will lead the Language Center's employees in language-strengthening projects and method development. You work strategically and operatively. You have results, financial, and operational responsibility for the Sámi Language Center and work environment responsibility for the Language Center's employees. Other duties include reporting on operations to the board and committees, procurement and contract work such as cooperation agreements, assignment agreements, and use of copyright-protected material. Additional duties may occur. Travel is part of the position. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone with higher education or university education in areas relevant to the Sámi Language Center, such as in project management or languages, or equivalent competence acquired through work experience. You should have experience with project-based work. You have good ability to communicate orally and in writing and the ability to compile facts and write reports within the operational area. You must have a good command of one of the Sámi languages in speech and writing, and you should have good knowledge of Sámi society and the Sámi languages through, for example, education or work experience. It is a merit if you can speak and write several Sámi languages. It is also a merit to have experience in management and experience working in public operations or politically governed organizations.
