Welcome to apply for a position with us at Dille Gård, a unique school. We are a small dynamic company with operations in education and veterinary care. We also have a sister school in Haninge south of Stockholm, Berga Naturbruksgymnasium. At Dille Gård in Ås, we offer the Natural Resources Program at the gymnasium level as well as adult education with profiles in; Horse, Hunting, Dog, Adventure, forest machinery, bus, truck, and animal care. The school's staff work closely with students using process-oriented pedagogy. The school is located in a beautiful farm setting and the property is constantly developing. Adjacent to the school is our excellent veterinary clinic. We strive to work closely with students and strongly embrace our "Dille spirit." As some of our colleagues move on to new challenges, we are now seeking two instructors/traffic instructors who are passionate about education and want to share their knowledge with future drivers in the industry. Requirements: Several years of experience in the industry. C and/or CE driver's license (D and/or DE driver's license is meritorious). You must be at least 21 years old and have held such a license for a total of at least three of the past ten years. Meritorious: Approved heavy traffic instructor by the Swedish Transport Agency for categories C and CE (meritorious with D and DE). Previous experience as a mentor or working with education in some form. As a person, you are flexible, pedagogical, and not afraid to face challenges. You are passionate about education and have a special ability to adapt your teaching to the individual's needs. You have great patience and easily build relationships that inspire confidence.
