We are now looking for a Property Manager in Östersund As a Property Manager at Riksbyggen, you will be one of those who work closest to the customer. This means, among other things, that you will be responsible for receiving and quickly handling any requests and fault reports from customers. The work is varied and social. You make a difference with us As a Property Manager, you are responsible for indoor and outdoor maintenance at our customers' properties and you become part of a team that manages daily administration. The work tasks include, among other things, gardening, property repairs, customer contacts, purchasing materials, maintenance of machines and hand tools. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues and you have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own. The position of Property Manager is a varied and independent job under your own responsibility. Your daily work includes: Standard maintenance and repairs following fault reports Troubleshooting Handling daily customer contacts You work on your mobile phone or computer to receive and report your work. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues and you are expected to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own. You plan your working day together with your colleagues and your group manager. The position includes snow clearing duties. You contribute with your competence and commitment We are looking for someone who has the ability to see and address our customers' needs, is curious, unpretentious, helpful and wants to help create a good living environment. We want you to be a team player who supports your colleagues. You should have a positive attitude towards your work, our customers and your coworkers. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious and have the ability to organize your work in an efficient way. We are looking for someone who: has upper secondary education and/or KY-education, preferably with a focus on property management/operations/administration or equivalent relevant work experience has experience in property management/outdoor environments speaks and writes Swedish fluently has a B-class driving license for manual transmission It is an advantage if you have experience from skilled trades such as electrical work and/or plumbing. Since computers and mobile phones are a natural part of work for all employees at Riksbyggen, we would like you to have computer skills and be able to use computers and mobile phones in your work. You will also be given the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training. About the position The position is a permanent employment based in Östersund but work in other locations within the market area may occur.
