The department is responsible for region-wide personnel and employer matters of both a strategic and supportive nature, with the mission to contribute to operational development and results. The HR department develops and implements region-wide HR processes in operations and supports operational managers within the entire employer policy area. The unit is responsible for Region Jämtland Härjedalen's terms of employment and wage formation, administration of salaries, pensions and fees, employment law support, and ensuring that system support related to payroll and PA administration contributes to operational development and results. 2 position(s). WORK TASKS The position as HR Consultant with a focus on employment law, terms of employment, and wage formation is a new position created as part of the HR department's development work to ensure an operational, accessible, and expert HR organization. The position is part of a team specialized in terms of employment, employment law, and agreements containing HR strategists, HR consultants, and staffing specialists. The assignment includes working with the team on, among other things: · Contributing to the development and administration of the region's benefits and terms of employment. · Providing support to managers and HR in personnel matters concerning personal reasons and misconduct. · Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the salary review process. · Conducting salary analysis, job evaluation, and contributing to the region's wage formation work. · Developing and managing cooperation agreements, conducting dialogue with employee organizations. · Assisting in contract and dispute negotiations. · Monitoring developments in employment law practice. · Supporting in the interpretation and application of internal procedures, employment law, and agreements. · Training and creating training materials on the subject for both HR and managers. · Assisting in staffing the support function. The work will place high demands on the ability to collaborate with many parties, both internally within HR and with managers in operations. QUALIFICATIONS Education and professional experience: 180 credits in Personnel Science or another area deemed relevant by the employer. And/or several years of professional experience in a relevant position. Work experience in wage formation, design of terms of employment, employment law, and negotiations is meritorious. Other: Ability to communicate processes, guidelines, and decisions in a clear, structured, and pedagogical manner to both managers and employees. Ability to analyze needs, see the bigger picture, and understand connections between operations, processes, systems, and user behaviors. Experience in translating analysis into practical solutions and operation-adapted implementations. Language: Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing. Type of employment: Permanent employment. Duration: Indefinite.
