And that you are not allergic to animals. About the Job As a personal assistant, you will be an important part of the woman's daily life. You help with what is needed to create a safe, active, and meaningful existence. Work shifts are scheduled around the clock and include overnight on-call duty. When we work at the customer's home or with the customer, we do not use strong scents such as perfume or body mist. Company Information Recruitment Process We continuously contact candidates who are relevant for an initial interview. The position is filled when we have found the right person, which may happen before the application deadline. Your application is processed by staff at Storsjöbydens personliga assistans, together with the client, as well as any relatives, guardian, or other concerned parties. If the position involves work with a minor client, an extract from the criminal record register is required. Child Perspective in Recruitment At Storsjöbydens personliga assistans, we carefully follow the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which means that if you apply for a position involving work with minors, the recruitment process will include specific steps to ensure that the child's will and needs are taken into account. If employed to work with a minor client, training on the child perspective is also included. Terms of Employment If you proceed in the recruitment process, you must be able to verify your identity and prove that you have the right to work in Sweden. To ensure that we maintain high quality in assistance, new employees will undergo web-based introductory training (approx. 1 hour), preferably before the employment start date but no later than one month from the start of employment.
