With us, you contribute to development and growth throughout the region and work to provide the best possible service, care, and support for everyone living in or visiting the region. We offer a work environment characterized by collaboration, participation, and commitment, where both broad and specialized expertise are valued. Here you have the opportunity to develop in your role, whether you are new to the profession or have extensive experience. Primary care is organized in 4 care areas and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services are integrated under close and accessible care. Each care area is an economic unit led by a unit manager. Primary care is also responsible for the region's healthcare advice, youth clinic, and the Näva care unit, all of which are financed by appropriations. Within primary care, there is a strong research climate and the status of a university healthcare unit. Our research and development unit can provide support and scientific supervision in collaboration with primarily Umeå University. At Zätagränd Health Center, we are a dedicated team with high job satisfaction, where we care for each other and work solution-focused toward common goals. We have approximately 13,550 listed patients and are a popular health center located in central Östersund. We employ district physicians, ST physicians, AT physicians, dietitians, diabetes and district nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, maternal and child health clinics, and rehabilitation coordinators. We are responsible for three residential care facilities and have a large family center. We need to expand our staff with competent general medicine specialists due to an increase in listed patients and retirements. For us, a good work environment and training environment are of utmost importance. If you are interested in working with us, we try to take your wishes and interests into account. Do you like supervision or home care services? We will find solutions together! You will work with competent colleagues with extensive experience from many professions. We focus strongly on work environment and Close Care, and as part of this, we work with reduced patient lists. Instead of 1,600 patients per full-time physician, you will be responsible for 1,250 patients if you work full-time without additional assignments. If you have additional assignments or work part-time, your area is reduced, which means we have a listing cap. Our district nurses also have area responsibility, which means you will work in close collaboration. We have stable professional groups at Zätagränd where new thinking is combined with experience, and teamwork is highly valued. Here you will find the expertise required within each profession in the multimodal team that our rehabilitation coordinator leads. What are you waiting for?
