For the facility to run seamlessly – from the spa and hotel rooms to restaurants and outdoor areas – we need a facilities manager who sees what needs to be done and gets to work with a smile. What does the role involve? With us, the tasks are extremely varied and range from high to low. A typical day can include everything from planned maintenance to urgent solutions when something unexpected happens. Your main responsibilities: Ongoing interior and exterior facilities maintenance and preventive upkeep. Troubleshooting and minor repairs (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.). Exterior maintenance such as snow removal, sanding, and keeping the hotel grounds in order. Contact and coordination with external tradespeople and suppliers. Being an extra helping hand to other departments (reception, restaurant, housekeeping) when needed. Who are you? We place great importance on personal fit and the right attitude. Have a strong service mindset: You meet both guests and colleagues with warmth and helpful behavior. Are practically minded and handy: You have good experience with tools and basic facilities maintenance. Thrive in a fast-paced environment: When the hotel is fully booked, we need you to be able to prioritize and keep your cool. Requirements: B-level driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written). It's a merit if you live in the local area, have experience from hotels/hospitality or relevant education, but your personality is what matters. What do we offer?
