We are now seeking dedicated nursing assistants for our special residential facility, Fältvägen, in Torvalla. Fältvägen is located in a large single-story building and is one of the municipality's most modern residential facilities, featuring spacious and practical apartments and beautiful courtyards. There are 5 units with 7 residents on each unit. The staff team currently consists of nursing assistants, care aides, coordinators, and a unit manager. We develop and work with digital technology in our operations to facilitate work for staff and improve care quality for residents. We maintain close collaboration both within and between our different units, working with respect and consideration. We are seeking three nursing assistants at 85% with the opportunity to work up to 100% within the Care and Services Administration. Your New Job As a nursing assistant in a special residential facility, you work to promote and strengthen the physical, mental, and social health of our residents. Your task is to support residents and facilitate their daily lives. Meeting people is the focus, and you contribute to creating good relationships with family/loved ones and other professions. In your work, you collaborate with other nursing assistants, care aides, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, coordinators, and the unit manager. You provide personal care based on individual needs and perform delegated health and medical interventions, such as specific care and rehabilitation. Your work also includes contact responsibility and ombudsman roles. Another important part of your work is regularly documenting in our operational systems.
