The company's operations primarily consist of leasing and management of its own property portfolio. We are now seeking a facilities manager to join our team in Strömsund. This is a temporary position. Responsibilities As a facilities manager at Strömsunds Hyresbostäder AB, you will work with: Supervision and maintenance of our properties Maintenance of outdoor areas Interaction with tenants On-call duty may be included in the position. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Secondary education with a focus on real estate, technology, or alternatively relevant work experience as assessed by the employer Good computer skills Class B driver's license It is advantageous if you have experience in facilities management, building technology, or work with technical installations. As a person, you are responsible, service-minded, and have strong collaboration skills. You work independently, are solution-oriented, and enjoy varied tasks.
