Our vision is to grow toward a sustainable future. 25 position(s). WORK DUTIES We offer jobs in three different areas: • Residential Care (housing for elderly where they receive help with daily living). You work in a team but carry out your own tasks. In the short-term unit, you work with users who are there for assessment, rehabilitation, respite care, or palliative care. • Home Care (elderly living at home who need help with daily living). You work mainly independently but always have colleagues who can support you. Home Care also includes the Security Team, which responds to safety alarms from care recipients. • LSS/Function Support (housing or day programs for people with various disabilities). You usually work in a team with colleagues but can also work independently. If you match the needs of our operations, you will be invited to a presentation. Then you will meet with a recruiter for an individual interview. During the interview, we tell you about our different operations and get the opportunity to talk more with you personally. You will receive an introduction at your chosen workplace and work alongside regular staff so that you feel confident in your role before you start working. If the units have a need and you are interested in extra work, summer schedule positions may become available. Regardless of the operation, we offer varied work where you meet many people and have different tasks. As a substitute within care and support services, you help people of different ages to have a meaningful and functioning daily life when regular staff are sick or on leave. Tasks might include helping with morning routines, personal hygiene, going on an outing, or encouraging and motivating care recipients in their daily lives. We need staff who can work days, evenings, weekends, or nights. Staff work awake or sleeping shifts to ensure that each user's individual routine and daily rhythm is maintained. QUALIFICATIONS It is a great advantage if you have education and experience in care and support services, but it is not a requirement. You need to have a willingness to learn new things and develop. There are clear procedures that are important to follow to ensure quality care of our users. For example, you may be responsible for administering medication. This requires great care and accuracy. You need to be attentive to users' needs and be good at collaborating with your colleagues. • You need to be able to take initiative and have the ability to prioritize when several things happen in parallel. • You need to understand, write, and speak Swedish. • You need to be able to handle the IT systems necessary for the position, which requires computer skills. • In several of our operations, you need a driver's license, but it is not required everywhere. Before a possible employment in care and support services, you will need to provide an extract from the criminal record. This is part of our routine to ensure safety and security in the operation.
