Responsibilities To provide care and services according to the support decision and implementation plan, with respect for the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination, with the user's needs at the center. Create security and meaning in everyday life for our care users. Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals who are part of the team around the care user. As a home care assistant, you are also the primary contact for the individual user, you are responsible for care and assist with contacts with authorities, family members, healthcare, etc. Work tasks also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical care tasks. Qualifications Care and nursing program or other education that provides home care assistant competence as well as good computer skills. The position requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, and independence. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and experience is an advantage!
