Responsibilities We are seeking a teacher for the Adapted Upper Secondary School's Individual Program at Gymnasieskolan Vipan. We are looking for someone who wants to help create the future of Adapted Upper Secondary Education. In our pedagogical work, we base our approach on six subject areas and tailor these to each student's individual conditions and needs. Clarifying pedagogy, AAC (augmentative and alternative communication), and low-affective approaches permeate our operations. Your responsibilities also include mentoring the facility's student assistants. In this position, you will be a mentor for a small group of students, primarily at an early cognitive level, and in collaboration with student assistants and other educators, you will help shape our activities.
