WORK DUTIES
Your work tasks include daily cleaning, deep cleaning and floor care, both manually and with machinery. The work is characterized by variety, flexibility, and sometimes a fast pace. You will become part of a team that supports and stands up for each other. The operations continuously work to develop cleaning methods and the use of chemicals. During absences, you will also cover other operations with short notice and be able to prioritize according to our procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements for the position:
• Completed secondary education
• Prior work experience in the cleaning profession. The employer will assess the relevance of previous experience.
• You must have a command of the Swedish language sufficient to follow work instructions, safety regulations, and procedures, as well as communicate with colleagues and others in the operation.
• Digital knowledge is required as we use digital tools daily.
• B-class driver's license
We consider it a merit if you have cleaning-specific training.
The position requires you to be flexible, service-oriented, and customer-focused. You must be comfortable working in new environments, able to work independently, and have the ability to plan and reschedule your work efficiently. The work is physically demanding. It is also important that you have good collaboration skills, are relationship-building and solution-focused, and value meticulous work.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-07-27. Selection is ongoing and start date is by agreement. End date: 2027-01-01.
