IT Test Manager

You work in development projects and national initiatives where you contribute to developing the IT testing area together in various forums and working groups. As an IT Test Manager, you plan, lead, and coordinate testing activities throughout the development process. You develop test strategies and test plans, identify and assess product risks, and ensure that test cases and test scenarios are defined and executed in a structured and efficient manner. You analyze, evaluate, and report test results and support testing resources to create the best possible conditions for successful deliveries. You have a central role in coordinating major testing efforts and you drive quality work forward in close collaboration with different expertise within the organization. The position is located in Kalmar, Oskarshamn, or Västervik. About You We're looking for someone with strong knowledge and work experience in testing methodology, test processes, and various testing tools. We'd like to see experience in testing and test management in operations, projects, or change management work. It's a merit if you have post-secondary education, and if you're ISTQB-certified or have other relevant testing certifications. As a person, you enjoy working in a structured way and see the bigger picture in the solutions you deliver. You're communicative and adapt your way of communicating information to your audience. Your ability to express yourself in Swedish is very good, both verbally and in writing. You thrive in a leadership role and enjoy collaborating with both technical and business-oriented colleagues.
