About the Role As a nursing assistant with us, you play an important role in creating security and good quality of life for our customers. You work closely with the customer based on their individual needs, wishes, and circumstances. Your work tasks include, among other things: • Provide personal care and assistance based on the customer's individual needs. • Perform delegated health and medical care tasks. • Provide support in daily activities and help the customer maintain their independence. • Create security and continuity through professional and respectful interaction. • Document and follow up on services according to current procedures. • Collaborate with colleagues, nurses, and other professions regarding the customer. • Contribute to a positive and social atmosphere that enriches the customer's everyday life. Since the positions are scheduled for evening hours, it is important that you are comfortable working independently while maintaining close collaboration with your colleagues. You need to be able to plan and prioritize your work tasks and always keep the customer's best interests in focus. Your work tasks include, among other things: Personal care according to the operation's procedures based on the customer's individual needs and wishes • If needed, help with, for example, preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. • Perform documentation and work based on decided services • Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.
