We are now seeking a Work Supervisor for Daily Activities, Block 1, within Care for Persons with Disabilities (OF).

JOB DUTIES
Daily activities is for persons with disabilities of working age who lack employment. As a work supervisor, you are an important support and the work involves creating a meaningful daily life together for all participants in the Daily Activities program. The work involves planning and driving work independently as well as collaborating well with colleagues. The work also involves working according to basic hygiene procedures and being able to perform all aspects of care work. Lifting, challenging behavior, and solo work occur. Working hours are daytime.
QUALIFICATIONS
You are trained as a nursing assistant or have other education that the employer finds equivalent. It is meritorious if you have formal training focusing on disabilities and experience with similar work.
You have good knowledge of low-affect communication approaches and supportive sign language, as well as good familiarity with LSS and SOL. You also have knowledge of various diagnoses within the autism spectrum and specialized teaching methods.
You are confident in yourself, organized, creative, and have good collaboration skills. You have an inherent drive and are independent in solo work. You are interested in learning new working methods and approaches while actively developing and planning activities. You are flexible and can quickly adjust your planning due to changed circumstances. You are good at creating and maintaining relationships. The employer places great emphasis on personal suitability.
A B-category driver's license for manually shifted vehicles is required.
