About the Role As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a large part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enrich the everyday life of our elderly. Your work tasks include among other things: Personal care according to the facility's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff. Qualifications Requirements: Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits Professional certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare or letter from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written) Good computer skills/computer experience Driver's license B Meritorious: Experience from care work in elderly care Experience with delegation What Can We Offer You?
