The residence has a focus on Outdoor Activities & Gardens and offers a safe and pleasant environment for our customers. The facility has 54 apartments spread across three floors, with a focus on dementia and somatic care. About the Role As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a large part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enrich the daily lives of our elderly. Your work tasks include, among other things: Personal care according to the facility's procedures, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, family members, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff. We place great importance on personal suitability. Qualifications Requirements: Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits. Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or documentation from a current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant. Good knowledge of Swedish language (speaking and writing) Good computer skills/computer experience Meritorious: Experience from care work in elderly care Experience with delegation.
