Night home care consists of five teams based in Visby, Roma, Slite, Hemse, and Fårösund. The teams work closely together and work is performed both in pairs and independently.
We are now seeking three committed and responsible employees for night home care positioned in Slite or Fårösund. The position requires that you are flexible and can work in at least three of our night teams.
Your responsibilities
The position includes:
Providing care services in clients' homes.
Creating security together with colleagues based on the client's individual needs, circumstances, and wishes.
Collaborating and maintaining close communication with colleagues and other night teams.
Working according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and performing delegated health and medical care services (HSL).
Using digital tools in daily work, such as monitoring via safety cameras.
Working according to a regular schedule with awake nights. Work hours are 21.00–06.30 or 21.45–07.15, depending on the shift.
For the nursing assistant position in home care, the starting salary range is 29,000–34,000 kronor per month. We apply individual salary setting. Final salary is determined based on education, relevant experience, competence, and responsibility in the role as well as in accordance with applicable collective agreements.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. To be employed as a nursing assistant, you must have the right to use the protected professional title according to current regulations. A B-category driver's license is required.
We would appreciate it if you have experience working in home care and working awake nights. It is meritorious if you have experience with digital systems, as we use digital documentation and planning tools.
All communication and documentation takes place in Swedish. Therefore, you need to have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
