JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant with us, you are an important part of providing daily support, such as personal care, meals, and activities. You contribute to enabling our residents to maintain their independence and use their own resources to the greatest extent possible. Your work also involves creating a safe and meaningful life where quality of life is central. You will also carry out delegated work tasks from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating and who, together with your colleagues, creates a work environment where you work toward common goals, always with the residents' best interests in focus. Night shifts and pool rotations are included in both positions. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • is a trained nursing assistant, or is in the final stages of your nursing assistant education • can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish, as documentation and communication are a large part of the work • has a driver's license (category B), as Skogshyddan is located on the outskirts of the municipality and public transportation options are limited.
