WORK DUTIES

As a nursing assistant with us at Kristdala Home Care, you work close to our service users and are an important part of their daily lives. You are responsible for performing approved care and service interventions in accordance with the Social Services Act (SoL), as well as health and medical care services in accordance with the Health and Medical Care Act (HSL).
Together with your colleagues, you work to provide each individual with the best possible support, always with respect for their unique needs and wishes. Working in home care is varied and enjoyable work. Your responsibilities include, among other things:
• Care and support in daily life
• Medication administration and delegated health and medical care services by licensed personnel
• Documentation
• Service tasks such as cleaning
• Social activation and meaningful activities
You will also be an important part of the organization's development, where you work together with colleagues and your supervisor on quality, improvements and competency development.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant or have other education that the employer finds equivalent, preferably with experience from similar tasks.
We see that you take responsibility, are flexible and have your own initiative, and work in a structured manner and enjoy following procedures. Being organized, planned and able to follow procedures is also important. You have the ability to see the whole picture but also each individual's circumstances. You are attentive, open, have good collaboration skills and you thrive in an operation with high pace filled with work joy. Of course, we see that you have good conduct towards service users and colleagues.
Documentation is an important part of our work, so you need to master the Swedish language well both spoken and written, and have good computer skills. A driver's license (category B) is a requirement.
