Employment Terms and Conditions
Schedule: Monday-Friday plus every other weekend, with the option for every third weekend
Employment Level: 70-75%
Working Hours: 15:30-22:00
Position Type: Permanent with six-month probationary period
Start Date: By agreement
Workplace: You will be based at our office in Täby Kyrkby and work within Vallentuna Municipality.
Job Responsibilities – What Will You Do?
As a substitute care worker with us, you will work in customers' homes with varying tasks based on individual needs:
Personal Care – support with hygiene, dressing and undressing, and mobility assistance
Social Support & Conversation – create security through presence and good care
Daily Living Support – help with meals and simple household tasks
Supervision & Safety – identify needs and contribute to safe care
Documentation – document according to care plans
Emergency Alerts – quickly respond to acute needs of customers who have triggered alarms. We work on behalf of Vallentuna Municipality and are responsible for both routine home care tasks and handling emergency alerts between 07:00-22:00. This means varied assignments with both planned and more urgent tasks.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is dedicated and wants to contribute to safe and professional home care:
Nursing Assistant Qualification (Preferred) – you have a recognized qualification, preferably with experience
Good Swedish in Speech and Writing – you can communicate clearly and document correctly
B Driver's License (Preferred) – you are a safe and experienced driver
Comfortable with Cycling (Required) – you feel comfortable traveling between customers by bicycle
Responsible, Flexible, and Solution-Oriented – you take initiative, work independently, and stay calm in different situations while cooperating well with colleagues and meeting people with empathy, respect, and understanding
Digitally Proficient – you use mobile devices in your daily work
Documentation Experience – you have good documentation skills
