The organization was founded in 1921 by Alma Hedin. Under her leadership, a special spirit emerged – the Blomsterfonden spirit – which continues to characterize our operations today. We carry on Alma's work by cherishing what is at the core of every human life: recognizing each individual's capacity, will and emotional life.
Blomsterfonden also actively works to support family members. We organize and participate in various forums to spread knowledge about elderly people's needs and life situations.

We are now seeking a dedicated and reliable nursing assistant who wants to join our team as a temporary employee until August 31, 2028.
You are a trained nursing assistant, ideally with experience in dementia care / BPSD – something we consider particularly valuable.
At Blomsterfonden, we work based on clear core values where each resident's wishes, integrity and self-determination are central. In the nursing care role, you will work closely with the resident and provide support based on approved services according to the Social Services Act (SoL). Your tasks will include:
ADL training and rehabilitation measures
Assistance with meals and personal hygiene
Promoting social contacts and meaningful daily activities
You will be part of a team of nursing assistants with a group leader (registered nurse) as your direct supervisor. We work as a team around the resident and have designated representatives for family contact, ethics and conduct.
About the workplace: Liseberg's care and support residence is conveniently located – close to bus, commuter train and subway.
Work is scheduled for day shifts, evening shifts and every other weekend.

Qualifications:
You must be a trained nursing assistant with 1500 credits and be able to provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding protected professional title.
If you have experience in dementia care / BPSD, it is highly valued.
You are a person who demonstrates good conduct toward residents, family members and colleagues.
It is important that you have good communication skills and speak and write Swedish fluently without limitation, and have good computer skills.
Other information: Salary by agreement. Blomsterfonden applies individual salary setting.
The workplace is covered by collective agreement.
