(job posting) On Unit 2, we are developing a service where safety, continuity, symptom relief, participation, and quality of life are central to our care. The unit comprises 11 places and is designed for individuals requiring palliative care, where the need for closeness, structure, and coordination is significant. Work is carried out in collaboration with nurses, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, physician, social services/authorities, managers, and family members. Your Tasks With a professional approach and good demeanor, you will assist our residents in their daily lives. The residents' participation in decision-making is in focus, and you will contribute to ensuring that services are provided with good quality, according to care decisions and implementation plans. You will help with personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, meals, and other services. Your tasks also include documentation of measures and health status as well as medical tasks based on delegation from the responsible nurse.
