Aleva's introduction program and experienced employees will give you the tools you need to do a great job. Qualifications Swedish Class B driver's license when you start your employment. Scope and Start Date The position is at least 75% and work hours are weekdays during daytime. Start in late August with onboarding by agreement. The possibility to start earlier exists. Your days will be varied with great opportunity to contribute to people's quality of life. As a home cleaner, you'll perform cleaning and service tasks based on the customer's individual needs and wishes. The position is a combination of home cleaning and home care services, and includes the regular tasks involved in home care work. Most importantly, you need to enjoy building relationships and be good with people. What Background Do I Need? For some, this might be a great chance to get their first job. For others, it's about having grown tired of their current field and wanting to do something meaningful. For yet others, it could be about wanting to continue in facility services but change employers. There's no set formula – we recruit people who have a solution-focused approach, empathetic values, and want to grow with us. Does It Really Matter if I Don't Have Relevant Experience? Of course, we do see it as positive if you've worked as a facility services worker or in healthcare/care and done it well! Education and/or experience in cleaning, preferably home cleaning, move cleaning, and window washing are desirable but not required.
