WORK DUTIES As a nurse with us, you'll have a key role in improving quality of life for children and young people. Care is always provided in close collaboration with different professional groups, where the child or teenager and their family are at the center. The nurse in 24-hour care leads the nursing work, is responsible for patient conversations, medications, documentation, and care planning. You collaborate with patients, family members, and the team, and participate in quality and development work. You'll have a central leadership role in 24-hour care and the opportunity to influence the unit's development, always with the child's best interests in mind. Here you'll have the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally, while contributing to the unit's development. Through our collaboration with the university, you'll help drive knowledge development, particularly in new treatment methods. QUALIFICATIONS For this position you need to be a licensed Nurse. Further education in psychiatry is a merit, and experience working with children or young people is particularly desired. You are confident, independent, and flexible, and value collaboration and collegial support—good teamwork skills are fundamental in our teams. Employment type: Permanent position.
