In your role as CEO, you will have overall responsibility for two thriving companies within personal assistance services. You will be an important part of the business and work closely with employees, customers, family members, and the board. In this role you will work with: Leading and developing the business with a focus on quality, structure, and long-term sustainability Creating and implementing clear processes, routines, and allocation of responsibilities Ensuring high quality, regulatory compliance, and documentation in accordance with applicable legislation Managing contacts with authorities, including IVO Building and developing good relationships with customers, users, family members, and employees Having overall responsibility for personnel and employer matters Monitoring the business's finances, key metrics, and reporting to the board To succeed in this role, we would like you to have: Experience in a management or leadership position. Worked as an operations manager or in a similar leadership role within LSS, personal assistance services, or related fields Relevant post-secondary education, such as social work, law, business administration, or equivalent qualification Experience from a personnel-intensive business It is advantageous if you have legal expertise and experience with LSS legislation. As a person, you are a confident, humble, and unpretentious leader who builds trust through presence and good communication. You are responsive, relationship-oriented, and have a genuine commitment to both people and business development.
