(job posting) On Unit 2, we are developing a service where safety, continuity, symptom relief, participation, and quality of life are central to our care. The unit comprises 11 places and is designed for individuals requiring palliative care, where the need for closeness, structure, and coordination is significant. Work is carried out in collaboration with nurses, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, physician, social services/authorities, managers, and family members. Your Tasks With a professional approach and good demeanor, you will assist our residents in their daily lives. The residents' participation in decision-making is in focus, and you will contribute to ensuring that services are provided with good quality, according to care decisions and implementation plans. You will help with personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, meals, and other services. Your tasks also include documentation of measures and health status as well as medical tasks based on delegation from the responsible nurse. About You We are looking for someone who meets people with empathy, attentiveness, and genuine commitment. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, collaborate with others, and enjoy contributing ideas that develop the service and make a real difference. You have a patient approach and good demeanor in all situations, even when the pace is high or conditions change rapidly. The role also includes contact with various authorities, which means you work in a structured and careful manner and feel comfortable with documentation and follow-up. We place great importance on personal suitability. Requirements Trained nursing assistant Experience working in healthcare and care services Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, so you can communicate with service users, family members, and colleagues, write and access care documentation, and receive medication delegation Meritorious Experience with medication delegation Heavy lifting occurs; lifting aids must be used. Pets (cat) are present at the home, so you should not have allergies. We welcome your application!
