MAG Welder for Long-Term Assignment
About the Role Would you like to work as a MAG welder in a role where you combine workshop operations with varied assignments in construction and assembly? There are excellent opportunities for transition to permanent employment with the client after 6 months. About the Position: We are looking for a MAG welder for both workshop operations and on-site construction work, depending on what works best for you. The work includes welding primarily in structural steel and involves working with various types of constructions and assembly. You work from drawings and instructions and are responsible for ensuring high quality and proper execution of the work. This role is ideal for you if you enjoy practical, varied work where you can apply your professional skills in different environments. Your Profile: We are looking for someone with experience in MAG welding who is comfortable in a role combining workshop and outdoor work. You are thorough, responsible, and have a strong sense of quality in your work. You can work independently but also function well in a team. Requirements: • Experience with MAG welding • Experience with wire feed 136 and/or 138 • Experience from industrial or construction environments • Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) • Forklift and overhead crane certification Meritorious: • Experience with stick welding (MMA) • Experience with assembly work Working Hours: Daytime Start Date: By agreement The assignment is initially a temporary placement through Ikett with excellent opportunities for transition to the client after 6 months.
