Job Description:
In the role of Recruitment & Consulting Manager, you will have a central role in our continued growth journey. You combine recruitment, personnel management, and have overall delivery responsibility for our existing customers. The role suits you if you enjoy identifying the right person for the right assignment, building strong customer relationships, and creating long-term value for both customers and consultants.
Together with our Site Managers, you drive multiple recruitment processes in parallel and are responsible for the entire recruitment journey, from needs analysis and job specifications to candidate attraction, selection, interviews, and hiring.
Beyond the daily recruitment work, you also have the opportunity to influence and develop our approaches within talent acquisition, candidate networks, and employer branding. You become an important ambassador for the company and work actively to create positive candidate experiences and build long-term relationships with both candidates and our customers.
Examples of tasks:
- Personnel responsibility for approximately 10 consultants with focus on development, well-being, and follow-up
- Overall responsibility for delivery and customer satisfaction for our existing customers
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process - from needs analysis and job specifications to hiring
- Drive multiple recruitment processes in parallel in close collaboration with our Site Managers
- Identify and attract candidates using search, sourcing, networks, and relevant channels
- Build, develop, and maintain candidate pools for future recruitment needs
- Actively work to develop and strengthen our employer brand to increase our attractiveness as an employer
- Actively participate in ongoing ISO audits to quality assure and develop the recruitment process
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with education in HR/Human Resources or equivalent and experience with proactive recruitment, search, and candidate attraction. If you have experience in recruitment within consulting and the technology sector, this is a merit.
To succeed in the role, we believe you are independent, business-driven, and take initiative. You enjoy creating new contacts, driving processes forward, and building long-term relationships with both customers and candidates. You have a good understanding of recruitment and are confident in identifying competencies, conducting interviews, and matching the right person with the right assignment.
As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and results-focused. You thrive in a fast pace and are motivated by combining people skills with business sense.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
