About the Position We are now looking for experienced CNC operators for Witte Industrier in Lidköping. Here you will work with cutting machining in an operation where quality, precision, and efficient production are central. We are looking for someone who wants to work at Witte Industrier long-term. The assignment is initially a staffing engagement via Ikett Personalpartner with excellent opportunities for conversion after 6 months. About the Job: As a CNC operator, you will work with turning in a production that largely consists of recurring parts in smaller series. The work involves setting up, rigging, and running CNC machines as well as changing and adjusting programs and tools as needed. You are responsible for measurement, quality control, and ensuring stable operation of your machines. Production is organized in cells where operators often run multiple machines simultaneously. You work in an environment where changeovers can happen frequently and where you need to be comfortable quickly getting up to speed on new runs and parts. Your Profile: We are looking for someone with experience in CNC machining, primarily turning, and who is accustomed to working independently in industrial production. You have good understanding of blueprint reading, measurement, and machine rigging. Programming experience is a plus. Requirements: • Experience with CNC turning • Good experience with blueprint reading and measurement • Forklift certification • Fluent Swedish, spoken and written Merits: • Experience with machine cells • Programming experience in CNC • Truck license (pallet jack/stacker) Work Schedule: 3-shift or permanent night shift Start Date: By agreement Ikett Personalpartner is a recruitment partner to Witte Industrier and supports them in this process.
